All therapy sessions are professional, confidential, non-judgmental and inclusive of the mind, body and spirit for optimal healing from all types of painful issues. Clients are always asked if they would like to have me integrate spirituality into their session, your wishes are followed. I offer you the opportunity to disclose and explore your deepest personal and family secrets and disappointments. I hold a Masters of Education in Counseling/Guidance and Human Services, and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor at Interface Samaritan Counseling Ctr. now at GHBH Assoc., more than 10 years offering guidance for: Anger Management, Grief and Loss, Depression/Anxiety; and Goal Setting, Behavioral Modification, Counseling Young and Older Adults.
Now at Greater Heights Behavioral Health Associates (GHBHA) a private practice, mental, health facility. Our mission is to help clients achieve their goals, rediscover themselves and learn to live well, integrating the mind, body and spirit. Female Empowerment Group
A counseling group of 2-3 women working on issues including, but not limited to managing stress, work/life balance and learning to relax and practice mindfulness. The group would meet monthly or on an as needed basis to provide support, motivation, and encouragement in a non-judgmental setting.
