Hello! Whether you're a parent, new parent, teen, young adult/adult in MA or NH I can offer support needed for you to feel better. Depression; including post-partum, anxiety, grief, trauma, chronic illness, ADHD, disordered eating, complex relationships; including surviving narcissistic abuse, can get in the way of work, family, financial health, academic success, social life and an overall ability to experience peace and joyful living. With 22 yrs of experience and a warm effective approach, you can count on our work together to help you through these challenges. I look forward to our sessions and helping you achieve your goals.
I offer compassion-centered: motivational interviewing, mindfulness tools, insight oriented talk therapy, cognitive restructuring, emotion regulation skills, expressive work, cognitive behavioral techniques, communication strategies, coaching, and more. Clients can expect feeling cared for and heard while successfully managing life stressors.
