Hi, I’m Wanda, and I am happy that you found me here on this platform. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides therapy to individuals, couples, and children/families. Through evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques, I support my clients in managing difficult situations and emotions. Together, we will develop coping skills and insights to manage overwhelming or confusing feelings.
I work with each individual and/or family/child to adapt therapy to meet their specific needs.
