I work with individuals, couples, and families to assess and improve things that are interfering with your quality of life. My therapeutic approach incorporates mind and body wellness, focused on recognizing and reducing stressors while improving relationships, boundary-setting, and self-care. Therapy can occur seated in my Winchester Center office or walking on several nearby trails. I also conduct full psychological assessments for clients who are struggling with a suspected learning or attention disorder (or for those who need an updated assessment, for example, to receive accommodations).
