Hello, I am a licensed therapist and substance abuse counselor in Washington, Nebraska and by telehealth in Idaho; I have been doing therapy with veterans at the Veteran Affairs for 10 years decided it was time to take a step into the private practice sector. I am trained in the top 3 trauma therapies (EMDR, PE and CPT), all of my practice is grounded in somatics, neuroscience and strengths based.
