I believe every troubled relationship has a repetitive pattern with roots of this pattern caused by attachment wounds. My approach looks at how the role we played in our childhood, influences our current relationships, especially as a parent or spouse. I enjoy working with married couples who are experiencing conflict, especially while raising their children. I am also a certified perinatal therapist and enjoy supporting women in postpartum. Contact me if you want to live a more attuned and meaningful life and you want to see sustainable changes.

Therapy is a place where you can come as you are, process life's challenges, relationship struggles, seasons of doubt, feeling stuck or sad, anger, or maybe even ambivalence. In this space we can walk together through past trauma, areas of hurt or betrayal, and life transitions to pursue healing, restoration, and authenticity. Together we can notice attachment wounds and past events that may be continuing to shape your narrative and work toward interpersonal, inner growth and acceptance. Healing takes work and having support as you wade through those deep waters allows us to face fear and pain with bravery and create resilience.

Therapy with me starts with us getting to know each other and building a trusting relationship.
Do you feel stuck in the same unhelpful interactions in your relationships, or just generally feel disconnected from your loved ones, yourself, or God? Have you been experiencing tiring loops of anxiety or hurt? Maybe any or all of this built up in a way that feels overwhelming and hopeless to change? If so, I want you to hear that there is hope! And because you have found yourself here, my guess is that you too sense even the tiniest voice in you that says it can be different and you don't have to navigate this alone. I am here to meet your courageous step towards positive change and join you right where you are.

Waitlist for new clients
My heart is for those struggling in their relationships. At our core, we as humans are built with a craving for connection. However, just because the need is innate doesn't mean it is easy - in fact experiencing relationships that heal and last can be the exact opposite. You may be in a season where your relationships feel stuck, hopeless, hurtful, and frustrating. The way towards peace and revitalization can seem distant if not impossible. I see you and want to join you in your journey towards meaningful and authentic connection. Whichever relationship it may be, with the self, your family, or a partner, it is time for restoration.

It is my passion to develop a genuine relationship with my clients where we can safely have difficult conversations and resolve conflicts.
I believe that therapy is about discovering your value system and learning to make decisions that align with your personal values. My passion is connecting with people who feel like their own voice has been lost in the noise around them.

Relationship Issues Therapists
While need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
