Brennan Champagne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington who has been practicing since 2020. He received his Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University in 2014 and his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University in 2020. Brennan believes effective counseling and positive overall outcomes hinge on meeting the client where they are at and building a safe and secure relationship. He approaches each session recognizing the infinite value of every person and the unwavering dignity we each deserve.

I currently work with individuals ages 7 and up and treat a variety of diagnoses. My primary approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, which has been shown to be one of the most effective therapies for addressing symptoms of many major mental health diagnoses. I am also trained in, and utilize tools from, other modalities including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), polyvagal therapy, exposure and response prevention, attachment therapy and parent child interactive therapy. In addition to my social work background, I am also a Registered Nurse and truly believe in a holistic mind/body approach to wellness.

I have worked with every population ranging from 4 years old to 60. I specialize in working on reducing stress, understanding triggers, working on dealing with everyday life issues. I have experience on anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, divorce, and post partum depression. As a Marine Corps veteran, I take pride in providing services to those who served our country in the military or other civil service jobs.

I do have experience working with current and past members of the armed forces and law enforcement.
