As a metaphysical psychotherapist and holistic healer, my work lies in the intersection of spirituality and the embodied human experience. As a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages battle anxiety. Stressful experiences can trigger anxiety and unmanaged anxiety may escalate to panic attacks. “Am I having a heart attack?” or “Am I about to die?”, are common questions when overrun with anxiety. This is your body responding to elevated fear and stress. Together we will identify tools that is unique to you overcoming the debilitating effects of anxiety. I work with adolescents and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, gender health, grief and loss, coping with chronic illness, relationship problems, and parenting, to name a few.

Your trauma deserves expert care. I combine EMDR and somatic therapy in unique ways to help you heal quickly and fully. My approach uses the innate abilities of the mind plus the body to build coping skills and to heal deep, hidden trauma.
