I am passionate about working with older teens as they make their way into the world and adults as they build healthy, successful lives. I partners with clients who struggle with unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem /or ADHD. My goals is to help them process their past, gain coping skills, and find a new perspective on the way to healing and inner peace. Even our most difficult mental health symptoms were born with the intention of protecting us somehow. Often it’s difficult to understand why we’re acting or feeling a certain way. My goal is to work with you and to be curious with you so that whatever is troubling you can start to make more sense. Together, with compassion, we can begin to invite change to take place.
