I am passionate about working with older teens as they make their way into the world and adults as they build healthy, successful lives. I partners with clients who struggle with unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem /or ADHD. My goals is to help them process their past, gain coping skills, and find a new perspective on the way to healing and inner peace. I provide a lot is a lot of psychoeducation and vocabulary as I have found that sometimes clients (to no fault of their own) just don’t have the words to describe what is causing the distress. I love to utilize EMDR to help process hopefully resolve the distress

When you can get to the root of the problem(s) and know better, you will feel better! I have a holistic approach to therapy, trained in working with people who have depression, anxiety and/or trauma - especially as it relates to issues from childhood. I am open to working with those 18+. I use the science of the brain, its impact on emotions and behavior, as well as cognitive behavioral and EMDR as primary modalities in my practice.

Please know that my caseload and waitlist is currently full and unfortunately I am not accepting new clients right now. I operate my own private practice and specialize in working with teens, adults, and families by helping parents with their children, and helping adults work through their trauma. Through the use of attachment based, trauma-informed therapy, we will work hard together to address the issues and difficulties that you or your child might be experiencing.
