Via telehealth, I work with adults throughout Washington and Oregon who experience a wide range of issues including life transitions, grief and loss, identity formation or role changes, interpersonal challenges and conflicts, and trauma experiences. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and day treatment psychiatric programs, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and 10+ years as an adjunct Psychology instructor. Over the past seven years, I have assisted First Responders by providing critical incident briefings (CISM) and providing resiliency skills training, and de-escalation skills training.
