At first glance, no one can tell anything is “wrong”. But, you don’t feel like yourself. You feel crappy, stressed, and lonely. You tell yourself you shouldn’t worry about “small” things or the past but you just can’t help it. The more you try to avoid these thoughts, the more intrusive they become. Maybe you just went through a challenging life stage. A break-up, a move, a loss, a new job, or life just SUCKS right now. Meditating, google, and talking to your loved ones isn’t cutting it. You never feel good enough and it’s exhausting. You’re walking through life in a fog and can’t continue living this way. It’s time for a change.
