Hello! I’m Casey, a licensed mental health counselor in WA state. At the core of my therapeutic practice is the belief that we can all grow, adapt, and thrive if given the right support. I have extensive training in ADHD, OCD, autism, and related neurodivergent-spectrum conditions. I utilize exposure and response therapy (ERP) when appropriate for fears, phobias, and compulsions. I also provide support for processing trauma related to cultic, spiritual, religious, and other coercive-control experiences.

I also provide parent training in behavior management, which is the most well-supported and effective treatment approach for children with disruptive behavior (ADHD, defiance, etc).
I have current availability for both therapy and psychological assessment services. Many children and adolescents struggle with mental health concerns for which there are scientifically-supported treatments. I strive to deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention to children and adolescents. My passion is in helping accurately identify the underlying processes or diagnosis as well as connecting families to treatments that are backed by research.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and trauma, as well as bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and ADHD.
Hi there! I am currently accepting new Telehealth clients and only have morning and afternoon times open. Learning to trust someone is hard, but having to face difficult experiences alone can be even harder. I am here to help you make that journey (feel) easier, and help you grow at the same time. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, I will learn what makes you who you are, and will develop a unique treatment plan tailored to your needs. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, people of all orientations, and with military members and their families. I value support and validation but encourage solutions and change.

I have experience working with ADHD and autism, I love working with neurodiverse clients, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, childhood emotional neglect, divorce, grief, and loss.
Welcome to a nurturing space where you need not face life's challenges alone. I understand the weight of worst-case scenarios and the drowning out of reason. Life transitions can be daunting, especially if you deviate from the heteronormative path. My approach is warm, laid-back, and compassionate. Our work is based on trust, respect, and your goals.

When forming this practice, I was reminded of being a child playing outside. Can you recall playing tag at recess? It seemed inevitable that at some point, someone would get so close to being tagged and yell, "I'm on T." What a fleeting gift of childhood - to just call 'time' when the pressure got too high. I have spent 8 years working with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, social skills/relationship difficulties, ADHD, OCD, and more. If you feel that there is something blocking you from experiencing a life you can enjoy, therapy might be right for you.

Difficult relationships or past abuse can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, or unsure of ourselves. With ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD, things can feel even more complicated. Maybe you're fed up with feeling on-edge, stuck, or like your past is interfering with your life today. Maybe you feel guilty that you're not able to show up in your current relationships the way you'd like. Maybe you're tired of feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. But a few things are certain: you’re ready for things to change. You’re ready for some peace. And most of all: you’re ready to enjoy your relationships and your life.
