I specialize in EMDR and Mental Health and Nutrition allowing me to have a holistic approach to your healing. I focus on neuroscience-based counseling methods. Integrating EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Christian Counseling Methods and mindfulness is a powerful collaboration. Incorporating the mind-body connection into the skills and tools I offer clients helps aid them in regulating their nervous system.

I currently have openings. I am a marriage and family counselor with over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with numerous Individuals, couples and families facing various traumas, as well as relational and communication challenges. I help clients deal with deep-rooted issues and past traumas that may be hindering their emotional well-being and relationships. Through my extensive work in this field, I have honed my skills in understanding the complexities of human relationships and guiding individuals towards healthier connections.

Fourth Dimension Counseling & Coaching is group practice of therapists and coaches who specialize in addiction including alcohol and drug addiction, sex addiction, pornography addiction, love addiction and partner betrayal trauma. All of the therapists and coaches at Fourth Dimension are in long term substance abuse recovery themselves and are experts in the field of addiction. They also have extensive training in couples therapy, infidelity, codependency, family of origin, women's issues, domestic violence, trauma and life transitions. We offer individual, couples and group therapy and coaching for both men and women.

As your therapist, my goal is to provide you with a warm and welcoming environment where you are free to explore the areas of your life you wish to improve for holistic healing - physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual. Certified as a Professional Life Coach, (with a background as a Psychotherapist for Washington Residents Only) I enjoy helping people who are navigating Change.
