Issues I work with include: anxiety, depression, behavior management, grief and loss, stress management, personal empowerment and enrichment, balancing one's mind, body, and spirit, healthy self-care, positive communication and social skills, parenting, behavior modification, marital challenges, family conflict, and life transitions.

CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I specialize in treating the following client populations: high functioning autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression and trauma. The needs of my clients include: struggles with impulse control, emotional regulation, mood disorders, bullying and social anxiety, to name a few. I work to help my clients develop impulse control strategies, teach coping skills, positive internal dialogue and socially acceptable behavior. I use social stories to support and reinforce therapeutic goals as well as role playing and behavioral rehearsal.
