My experience is primarily with adults, though I am also interested in working with teens. I have worked with individuals all along the treatment spectrum, from inpatient hospitals, detox facilities, outpatient programs, and people in crisis. I specialize in trauma, including PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders.

Everyone has the ability, and the right to live a life of meaning, fulfillment and joy. I strive to assist individuals and families to find their way through the emotional land mines and roadblocks that get in the way of having a good life, or even a "good enough" life. What I bring to help this process is a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Science with a focus on Systems Counseling (couples and family therapy). I am a licensed mental health counselor with 20 year's experience as well as being a state-approved supervisor for licensure candidates.

My goal is to provide you with the support you need and help you achieve your goals for healing and restoration. Hello and thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Sean Trudeau, I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families. In therapy sessions my aim is to create a working environment geared toward each individual's greatest benefit. Longitudinal research suggests, therapy is most effective when there is a strong connection between client and counselor. Therefore I uphold a safe environment for compassionate and respectful communication. As kids, we were told that if we did everything right, we would have a life to be proud of. As adults, many of us are wondering if it all was just a fairy tale. We got the job, but now life is just wash-rinse-repeat; we’re bored. A change in job could help, but what if I told you that we as adults sometimes forget to invest in ourselves, outside of our career…and thus, we forget who we were before we got the degree; before we got the job.
