We often go to counseling when we are seeking something; whether it be healing, insight, peace within ourselves, healthy relationships, or a sense of wholeness in our lives and selves. Anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, experiences from our past, relationship struggles, and other emotional challenges may get in the way of our ability to find that which we seek.
