I use an experiential, emotion + body focused approach along with art therapy and practical tools to develop new ways of experiencing and approaching the hard stuff in life.

When life becomes overwhelming it can be difficult to know where to turn. I offer a safe place for individuals and couples to explore these difficult times and start to make sense out of the chaos. Going to therapy does not mean you are weak or your relationship is going to end. It means just the opposite. It means you are taking the time to put yourself and or your relationship first. Counseling gives you the freedom to explore who you are without judgment or criticism and to start to understand yourself on a deeper more compassionate level.

What I bring to help this process is a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Science with a focus on Systems Counseling (couples and family therapy). My evaluation focuses just on the question of autism, so you do not to pay for a lot of extra tests which you may not need.
