I provide psychotherapy for individual adults, via telehealth. I address depression, anxiety, and coping with life stressors such as relationships, school, work, and parenting. My primary approach is cognitive-behavioral, focusing on how thoughts and actions affect feelings. I integrate a variety of other approaches based on needs of the individual client. I believe in focusing on the strengths and resources of the client, and working in a collaborative partnership. The therapeutic relationship is most effective when the client feels that they are being treated in a respectful, nonjudgmental and compassionate manner.
