I have spent the better part of the last 20 years working with individuals and families to improve mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. I also supervise art therapy interns now Therapy can be repetitive, and one-sided but with me you CAN achieve solutions - Dr. Kay. Although traditional therapy is effective - it also often yields temporary results. I realize that your time and money is valuable, so our sessions are structured very different than traditional therapies. I believe that everyone deserves to live a harmonious, balanced life full of joy. To reach any goal I KNOW you have to be consistent, intense and purposeful.
