In my work with couples, I work as a neutral third party, to resolve conflict, improve communication, interrupt negative relational patterns, and address intimacy and sexual issues.
Currently Accepting New Clients. Email is the best way to contact me regarding scheduling or questions. My priority as a therapist is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment for clients to process their emotions, relationships, and experiences. My hope is to create a safe space for you to explore and identify your needs for the therapeutic relationship so that we can create the most effective experience for you. I recognize that each client is unique and therefore approach my work using a client-centered, strengths-based model to personalize treatment based on each individual’s needs and goals.

For the past 20 years I have been privileged to support individuals and couples as a pastoral counselor and more recently as a mental health counselor.
Seeking a counselor can be a daunting experience and I commend you for your courage in taking this step. I work primarily with teens, young adults, men, and couples who desire to create space to work on areas of concern in their lives and relationships. I work alongside clients to get to the ‘thing beneath the thing’ of what they are experiencing and struggling with as individuals and couples, so that they can move from minimizing, avoidance, self-contempt, etc.. towards a compassionate self-awareness, recovery, greater coping, balance in life, development of new understandings and skills, and thriving.

I help individuals & couples impacted by sex/porn addiction, and I also help those who don't fall into that category at all.
Hello and welcome! Allow me to state the obvious - psychotherapy with a stranger requires courage and feels daunting at first. I aim to make the process comfortable and less intimidating for you. If you've experienced trauma, are battling with addiction (yours or someone else's), feeling anxious, struggling in your relationships, or just want more out of life; faith-based counseling can be of great help. I'm passionate about helping marriages thrive and individuals heal. Having your story heard, your feelings validated, and your thoughts & patterns examined, brings new insight & change that your future self will thank you for.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in individual, couples and family therapy with mental health diagnoses as well as relational conflicts. I strongly believe that family is the fundamental yet the most important and influential factor for each individual's physical and emotional well being. I have witnessed many individuals broken and wounded because of their dysfunctional family systems and lack of courage to seek out the help they need when they needed.

I have a calm, gentle, and caring personality, but I also value asking direct questions to help you better understand yourself or your relationship.
Feeling connected in a highly individualistic society can be incredibly difficult, especially when dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma or PTSD, or grief. Therapy can be a helpful tool to orient us back to a world of belonging and it is my goal to help you find your own unique path toward this. I am passionate about helping couples and individuals heal relationship issues, identity related and women’s/men’s issues, as well as self-esteem issues, and more. I am whole-heartedly supportive of the LGBTQ+ populations, sex workers, and alternative relationship styles such as ENM, polyamory, and friendships.

I work with couples and individuals experiencing a variety of issues including sex therapy, conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, and more.
Therapy is a vulnerable process, and my goal is to meet clients where they’re at and work with them in a warm, engaging, and direct manner. I work with clients collaboratively, seeing you as the expert of your own life and me as a third party to help see patterns, ask questions, and hold difficult things with you. My goal is to see holistic change for each client. I work from a systems perspective, meaning I incorporate the way your family, friends, community, work, etc. affect who you are. With this knowledge, we can build healthy frameworks and relationships.

Research shows that the relationship between the client and therapist is the highest indicator of success.
Monday at 4:00pm available in person or online- Thursday at 3:00 in person or online ———-I’ve found that therapy is most powerful when there is a combination of traditional western methodology and eastern philosophy practices. Together, we’ll discuss who you are. I’ll form questions that provide insight into your systems, and patterns. We’ll discuss family of origin. Time and time again. We’ll talk about diet; we’ll talk about love. We’ll discuss death. Together we’ll uncover aspects of your human experience and award you the opportunity to look further inward.

I value and focus primarily on building a trustful relationship between client-therapist.
I enjoy working with clients who want to understand and get to know themselves in a deeper way by exploring how their emotions and behaviors are connected with the way they interact and perceive the world, themselves and others. My main focus is working on building a strong therapeutic relationship so that we can create a safe space to feel, process and understand things as well as get a better understanding on the role the environment and relationships with others play in our lives.

Being seen by your partner matters.
Are you feeling lonely in your relationship? Has the intimacy you once had on the fritz? Perhaps you feel like you're losing your friend because of all of the conflict in the relationship. Maybe you think if your partner would just change, your relationship would improve. Relationships face many trials and we all experience ups and downs. Frequent conflict combined with poor communication skills, can cause emotional distance and push couples to the verge of separation. No matter if you've been long-suffering from repeated problems or you're running into new challenges that you don't have the tools to navigate, help is near now.
