I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care, online and in person. I specialize in reproductive mental health disruption and am Perinatal Mental Health certified (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International. I am also a certified grief care professional. I have three children and my own lived experience informs my work as well as over a decade working as a birth and postpartum doula attending 100's of births.

One of the biggest challenges is finding the “right” therapist in a sea with many options and approaches. Building a treatment relationship of connection, trust and understanding between each client and myself is of the utmost importance. I am a seasoned psychologist who is committed to being a guide for my clients as they move through the struggles, fears, anxieties and pain that have held them back in their life and their relationships.
