I am an experienced licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I also teach emotion skills classes. I am also a registered dietitian (RD), which enables me to provide nutrition assessment and counseling for persons with eating and weight concerns or eating disorders. I support and guide families through relational conflict, psychiatric illness and loss. I enjoy working with males and female children over age 12, adolescents and adults.

We are taking new clients for medication management! My name is Sukhdeep Bhullar and I am an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). I have experience in evaluating and managing mental health conditions and am licensed to diagnose and provide medication management. I have knowledge of and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I will work closely with your therapist and primary care provider and offer medication management, second opinions on medication and dosage or additional education.

We believe the family is a system, so we try to also work with parents in various supportive capacities.
