I wish health was as easy as building better structures, and I still do believe that is part of the way forward. In therapy for instance, there are structured exercises and treatments to draw from that really work in the right situation. Emotions focused, somatic and relational techniques can help provide some of that structure in my practice. There are also some more subtle dimensions of our existence and it is healthy to embrace those as well.
