Our reaction to stressors that feel out of our control can vary widely. This is largely based upon our already established internal resources or our sense of psychological safety, the quality of habitual attention we show up with, the quality of communication in our relationships, the clarity of our personal values and the physiological setpoint of our nervous system. Each of these factors are pieces of your experience that I am happy to assess with you.
I try to do this by providing you with a consciously playful supportive space where you can try on new and altered roles, get to know yourselves and explore what really matters to you and what, perhaps, you can begin to let go of. We can then begin working to better equip you to more meaningfully navigate whatever life brings your way.
If you're going through a difficult time or you simply recognize that you're not where you would like to be, perhaps I can help. Feel free to schedule a 15 min consult where you can ask questions of me to help determine if we might be able to work together to build you a path forward.
