Within the 23yrs of working in mental health, Vonda have striven to bring an effective blend of experience, expertise, clarity, concern and action to the therapy process in order to maximize outcomes and provide genuine healing and wholeness to individuals, marriages and families. She knows that life isn’t always easy and sometimes, even the strongest people need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s challenging problems. She also knows that everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point and the only difference between you and another is "how" you choose to handle "what" has or is happening to you.
Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, have relationship concerns, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. As your therapist, she will provide a judgment-free space, a space that pushes you but is yet comfortable and safe to assist you as you work towards your healing destination.
