Welcome! Sometimes we can find ourselves needing to reset and evaluate the inevitable ruts of life. As psychotherapy is a very personal experience, I strive to provide an empathetic and collaborative therapeutic environment for my clients to explore life’s challenges, increase better self-understanding, identify and make the changes that they seek, and invite bringing oneself back into alignment. Once in alignment with our authentic self, we know freedom.

You want the best for yourself (or your child). The story you tell of your experiences deserves to be heard. We all deserve to have space to be deeply understood at any age. It's my desire to provide understanding; listening that is so healing. I work with children, teens, adults to build lasting skills and resources for them. I value working with individuals that are learning to navigate their identities in an overstimulating world. Clients and I work together to process, and build skills in order to meet their treatment goals and create enduring healing. I have a deep love for Vermont and my aim is to support our community.

In my practice I help women gain new tools for coping and growing into a higher version of themselves. They are motivated for change and feeling an urge to start making different choices, but not quite sure how to do that. One of my clients calls me the "choice whisperer," because when I get involved suddenly they feel like they have so many more options for how to behave, when to stand up for themself, and when they are allowed to be vulnerable.
