I treat the person as a whole- meaning in addition to your psyche, I also take into account your environmental, circumstantial, and physical self and how that impacts your mental health overall.
I was born in Ukraine, speak Russian, and incorporate multicultural awareness to my therapeutic work. I adapt techniques from approaches including Person Centered, Trauma Informed Care, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Holistic Approach, and more. I am a Certified Complete Trauma Professional.
