My approach is integrative - lots of guided discovery and sensitivity to factors that can be missed, such as cultural attitudes that impact a person’s sense of self and safety.
Some of the therapeutic modalities I use include CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others. I mainly provide a warm and accepting environment where you won’t be judged and will find tools to work through issues that made you seek therapy.
