Healing for the Helper on Clubhouse
Ujima: "To build and maintain our community together and make our community’s problems our problems and to solve them together." A safe place/space for the Helper to talk about healing for self, colleagues, peers, and identified community. There are levels of healing and what does the Helper do to heal? One thing to know is YOU ARE NOT ALONE in the quest to heal your soul, mind, spirit, and body. Safe space to share. A space/place for helpers to share their experiences without judgment, invalidating, dismissing, shame, or minimizing.
