Some of the therapies I use are DBT, CBT, EMDR, Talk Therapy and Motivational interviewing depending on the client's needs. The clients that I have worked with range from those with depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline personality, trauma and celebrate with them as they reached each goal.
Being the client in a counseling relationship and I was nervous at first, needing to know that the therapist was nonjudgmental and validating as I shared important information with them.
