I know it takes courage to seek help during hard times in life and therefore I try to create a safe environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss. I utilize strength-based approach to help my clients find their authentic way to being content.
I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Nevada & Florida. I'm certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors & an EMDR trained therapist. My approach to therapy is holistic, person-centered and I take time to get to know each of my clients to create individualized treatment plan that will suit you the best.
