Tara Inman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia who has been practicing since 2013. She has a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tara is an exceptionally empathetic and compassionate clinician who meets individuals where they are. She is skilled working with individuals with substance use disorders, trauma, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.

I work with clients from all walks of life who may be struggling with drug addiction, life transitions, self-confidence and other issues that affect your well-being. Insight Psychological Services is a private outpatient clinic that provides individual, couple's, and family therapy, as well as psychological testing services, for clients ages 4+. We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Insight Recovery Centers is a DBHDS licensed and Joint Commission accredited adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient Program. We are for people stepping down from a residential or detox program or need more than once a week therapy. Your treatment may include a combination of group, individual, or family counselin, case management, and drug/alcohol testing. There is a step down Continuing Care group. If you are not ready to quit drinking, the Alcohol Moderation Program may be for you.
