Receive Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use Disorder (IOP for SUD) while you reside at home. IOP is the level of treatment and the bridge between inpatient care and outpatient services. This means you will receive intensive level of care while you reside in your supportive environment. This level of care involves group therapy sessions, individual therapy, somatic therapies and more using evidence-based approaches.
Our approach concentrates on the physical aspects of the disease as well as psychological and emotional factors that have contributed to Substance Use Disorder.
Our goal is sustainable recovery, our focus is to teach individuals management of their disease through a therapeutic lens; relapse prevention by understanding and applying coping skills and strategies, psycho-education, and support to foster a healthy lifestyle.
