My approach is eclectic, and is informed by several theoretical and practical bases including aspects from CBT, ACT, MI, and Applied Psychophysiology. My work history includes experience with varied locations for care including inpatient, outpatient, collaboration with Primary Care Physicians, Rehabilitation/Long Term Care, and Private Practice.
I am licensed in Pennsylvania and have more than 20 years of experience in helping people with life stress/changes, relationship/workplace issues, or personal history of abuse/trauma.
