I have a background integrating mindfulness-based practices and creative expression within traditional talk therapy. My primary focus is always to meet each client where they are–with acceptance, compassion and curiosity. As a trauma informed practitioner, my hope is to always empower my clients to be active participants in their therapeutic journey.
