Being a kid is hard. Being a teenager is hard. Kids and teenagers are facing challenges that generations before them did not face and at the same time facing challenges that are without generation, experiences and challenges that are common developmental human experiences. If you are a kid/teen that is experiencing anxiety, depression, social pressure, academic pressure, family conflict, fear about the future, or any other life challenge, I can help. If you are a parent of a kid/teen that is experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns etc. and looking for outside help, I can help.
As a former teacher, I have a unique perspective on the life of kids and teens, the daily challenges they face and how those challenges impact them. Treatment plans and goals are designed around individual needs. I take an integrated, whole-person approach meeting you where are you in life and step-by-step helping you get to where you want to be.
