I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have a psychodynamic behavioral approach to therapy. Some of the evidenced based practices I often use include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Focused breathing and Motivational Interviewing.
