Every person has their unique journey to healing and self discovery. In experiencing my own life challenges, I found healing through immersing myself in mindfulness practices and looking deeper within myself. Since then, I knew my purpose was to help others heal in their life journey as well. I have since have been helping others achieve their personal goals of understanding themselves, their relationships with others, coping with their fears, and embracing new beginnings. Sessions are approached from a traditional and holistic perspective, giving consideration to the overall mind, body, spirit, and emotion of the person.
My clients typically identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), struggle with general life/work stresses, low self-esteem, perfectionism, self-doubt, overthinking, anxiety and depression. I use trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR, IFS, imagery, and mindfulness to help the client process their experience and learn new coping tools.
I specialize in working with adult children of narcissistic and emotionally immature parents. Together we work to increase awareness of family dynamics and the impact of internalized gaslighting, shame, and guilt on the individual’s relationship with themselves and others. We focus on rebuilding self-love and improving boundaries for healthier relationships.
