Many times in life, we can overcome difficult situations by learning about ourselves and how we can approach future struggles differently. My areas of interest are trauma, PTSD, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other trauma-related issues; anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, traumatic grief, stress, anger, low self-esteem, relational problems, underlying issues of addictions, crisis intervention, and compassion fatigue.
I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) clinician with a theoretical perspective towards client's wellness through Solution Focused Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
