Welcome! I am a bilingual art therapist who is passionate about serving the well-being of our communities. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand the stressors that minorities face as we navigate the challenges of living and working in a society that is embedded in systemic oppression. I work from an intersectional and culturally-informed framework, exploring how experiences and narratives are impacted by dynamics of power, privilege, and other social factors. As a trained art therapist, I also use movement, art, the senses and other therapeutic modalities to explore your personal goals and to help lessen any symptoms.
In my individual and family psychotherapy work, I create a safe and supportive environment for you to feel heard, validated, and empowered. We'll work closely to identify goals and develop strategies to achieve them. My practice is Trauma-Informed, LGBT-affirming, and Sex-Positive. I draw from expressive arts, CBT, DBT and other psychodynamic modals.
Together, we will access the wisdom of your own senses through movement and sensorial experience, work to improve cognitive and sensorimotor functions, and address unresolved conflict from trauma. We will increase self-awareness, explore the inner and outer world and work to achieve self-actualization. I look forward to meeting you and our work together.

Groups
Art Therapy Support Group – Teens & Grief
Join us to learn and to express our grief, share stories, navigate life changes, build coping skills and support networks, understand our emotions, and honor our loved ones. No art experience necessary; supplies will be provided. We meet in-person, every Saturday for 8 weeks, 90-minute sessions. (Feb 10, 17, 24, March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, from 2:30–4:00p.m.) Capped at 8 participants max. Insurance accepted, or $40/session, plus sliding scale available.
