My approach to helping my clients includes providing individually based treatment plans unique to each client I work with. I specialize in marriage counseling building communication skills and decreasing conflicts. I am also experienced in working with military veterans, families, teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or PTSD symptoms.
