Through this journey I hope to help you resolve core issues, foster growth, and instill hope in your life, while learning more about yourself.
My areas of interest include life transitions, mood disorders, eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, family dynamics, peer relations and career development, with a speciality in adolescent development. In addition, I am a fluent Spanish speaker and have experience working with multicultural clients, providing bilingual counseling in Spanish.
