I have not met a human being alive today that is not somehow impacted by mental health, suicide, and addiction. Whether it is a personal impact or loving someone that has been impacted, the struggle is there nonetheless. I do believe that no one has to go through the struggle alone. I am honored when I join my clients in their journeys to building a better life. I am trained in a variety of different modalities and feel that it is important that we work together as a team to meet your goals.
I have been trained in many different types therapies: EMDR, TF-CBT, MI, and DBT. I want to provide my client the nonjudgemental space they need to talk, to heal, and to grow. My biggest priority is to begin by making a genuine, human connection and then work towards reaching goals and aspirations.
Coming to this website took courage because it is taking the initial step towards healing and growing. I understand that reaching out to begin therapy can feel intimidating. My hope is to welcome you with open arms to begin this journey together. I offer a free 30 minute telehealth consult to make sure it's a good fit for you!
