As an athlete, I have a special interest and training in sports performance. I also specialize in working with couples and teenagers. Perhaps you’ve been struggling for a long time already. I draw from positive psychology, The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help my clients get back on track and live the lives they want.
