I enjoy providing psychoeducation and utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients effectively resolve their difficulties, and live the life they desire.
I use a person-centered approach in treatment, and provide a supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to learn and grow. I truly enjoy helping clients work towards being fully in charge of their lives, while meeting them where they are. I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, as well as facilitating groups.
I have helped individuals who have struggled with a number of issues, including emotions related to managing financial success, educational success, and/or relationship success.
