I specialize in working with South Asian individuals and couples struggling in their relationships. I help people get to the root of their negative thoughts and behaviors and make changes quickly. Issues couples come to me include frequent fighting, disagreements, lack of love and affection, infidelity, loneliness, and/or growing apart. Individuals work on issues such as difficulty in finding and sustaining emotionally healthy relationships.
I am an RLT (Relational Life Therapy) therapist with training in trauma work. My style is compassionate, but also direct and honest. Therapy with me is conversational and educational. I am available weekdays, evenings and some weekends through telehealth.
