Everyone reaches a point where they need help. Finding a therapist whos a good match is not always easy. It can be very confusing and intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. I'll go on a limb and assume that everyone wants the best therapist. The thing is there's only the best therapist for YOU. Every therapist is different as is every client. What I offer, is the compassion that I've gained through my own journey, and professional experience with an array of clients. As a person with almost 3 decades of personal healing and a trauma survivor, I provide warmth and true empathy. It's an honor to help with your quality of life.
My style is collaborative, insight oriented, and strengths-based. I have gained resilience in my own life, and try to bring that out in my clients. I go at your pace and respect your comfort level. I think all of my clients would agree on feeling heard, validated, and safe. I invite clients to consider new perspectives that are practical in everyday life.
