With over 20 years of experience in the field, I work with individuals, couples, and families, who are encountering a variety of issues, including marital, relationship, self-esteem, identity, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, using theoretical approaches that are evidence, solution, and growth based.
As a long time university professor, I have expertise in cross-cultural and racial and ethnic identity issues, having extensively published and presented on the topic. Ultimately, aside from dealing with specific crises, therapy helps us improve the quality of our lives and relationships, and guide us to achieve that version of ourselves that we yearn for.
