I work with emerging adults and adolescents trying to find their place in this world. I practice with a holistic view of therapy - using the mind, body, and soul as part of the therapeutic process. Specifically, I bring solution-focused goals to therapy for behavioral changes that are not beneficial to long-term well-being.
Using a mixture of CBT, ACT, solutions-focused, and mindfulness techniques, in addition to art therapy, I can help you to gain an understanding of yourself, how your previous life events have impacted who you are and how you are functioning today, and help you work toward living your authentic life.
